As an educator whose background is in science, Dodson has an interest in knowledge analytics. STEM programs are often difficult for some college students, even with face-to-face interaction. Arithmetic, in particular, is a difficult subject and one that doesn't necessarily translate nicely for a web-based medium. Dodson and his team centered on this space, working to keep students on grade stage and reducing the number who want intervention. “We are literally a degree or two past where we had been before the pandemic,” he says.

Dodson once more stresses the significance of teamwork and organizational energy: “There was loads of laborious work from teachers behind that,” he says. “I'm very, very, very happy with them.”
